• Understanding our tradition and culture to help identify with our roots

• Instilling values and discipline through stories, discussions, Yoga, and Mindfulness

• Developing a sense of pride & identity in youth through cultural activities

• Developing Leadership programs for our youth

• Ensuring growth, contentment, and the ability to live in harmony with others through Mindfulness practice
